Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

Samqor is a B2B revenue operations platform. For customer (tenant) data processed on behalf of our customers, Samqor acts as a data processor; for our own account/billing data we are a data controller.

2. Data we process

Account data (name, email, organisation), authentication metadata (sessions, IP, user agent), billing data (via Stripe), product usage, and the business/CRM data our customers choose to store. We do not sell personal data.

3. How we use it

To provide and secure the service, process payments, provide support, and meet legal obligations. AI features process content with PII masking and zero-data-retention enabled (see our subprocessors).

4. Legal bases (GDPR)

Performance of contract, legitimate interests (security, product improvement), consent (where required, e.g. marketing), and legal obligation.

5. Your rights

Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection. Account owners can export their data and request deletion in-app under Settings → Privacy & Data, or email privacy@samqor.com.

6. Retention

We retain data for the life of the account and per configurable retention windows. On deletion, data is erased within the retention window; immutable financial/audit records may be retained where legally required.

7. Security

Encryption in transit and at rest for sensitive fields, tenant isolation via row-level security, least-privilege access, and audit logging.

8. International transfers

Where data is transferred internationally we rely on appropriate safeguards (e.g. SCCs). See Subprocessors for hosting locations.

9. Connected social accounts and platform data

When you connect a third-party social account (such as Instagram, Facebook, X, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, or Pinterest) to Samqor, we access and store only what is needed to publish and manage the content you schedule: an access token, your account id, username and profile picture, and — where you use the relevant features — the posts, comments, and performance insights for the accounts you have connected. We use this data solely to provide the social publishing, engagement, and analytics features you request. We do not sell it or use it for advertising. Data obtained from Meta (Instagram and Facebook) is handled in accordance with the Meta Platform Terms and Developer Policies. You can disconnect a channel at any time to revoke Samqor's access and delete the stored credentials, request deletion as described in our Data Deletion Instructions, or revoke access directly from the platform's own "Apps and Websites" settings.
