Samqor publishes an assurance or certification only when current independent evidence passes every scope, operating-period, exception, verification and expiry gate.

Fail-closed claims

Draft readiness work, internal reviews, future observation periods and expired evidence never become public claims. Independent reports and certificates remain confidential unless their disclosure is separately authorized.
